Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

MEP Brothers offers a 30 day return policy. Should any product be defective, or should the buyer wish to return the product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery date to arrange exchange or refund of your unused item(s). The item’s receipt and original packaging are required for all exchanges or refunds.

Please note some regularly stocked, special order, non-inventory and shelf-life limited items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus freight to return to manufacturer. 

Note: Buyer pays for return shipping for any items returned, unless specifically agreed upon beforehand for products purchased. If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped, the initial shipping charge will not be refunded.

Custom products are not eligible for returns. Products kept for greater than 30 days, or used even when defective are not eligible for returns, unless specifically agreed upon by sales staff. Products damaged by intentional misuse or abuse are ineligible for return. Products that are of  a hygienic nature may not be eligible for return if used. Contact us for details.

Shipping

MEP brothers offers shipping via standard courier. All orders will have shipping costs calculated at the time of shipping. MEP Brothers offers worldwide shipping, however may cancel any orders at their discretion in the case of shipping limitations or requirements.

MEP Brothers also offers shipping locally within Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada at a flat rate of $20, or orders may be picked up within Winnipeg, at 725 Century St.
