We’ve re-imagined and improved the RainDrain Filtration System to deliver fast flow rates (4x faster) and 33% more capacity for less cost! The RainDrain Filtration System automatically removes rainfall and water collected inside a berm while also holding back hydrocarbons from the environment. RainDrain Filtration System’s selective filtration stops diesel fuel, jet fuel, gasoline and transformer oil.
Using gravity to filter the hydrocarbons out of rainwater, the RainDrain Filtration System allows operators to safely drain overflow from their berms (berms need to remain empty to have the capacity to contain any spills). RainDrain Filtration System feature an efficient sleek design and smart engineering, our new and improved RainDrain costs less and delivers more.
With its automatic shut-off “emergency stop valve” in the event of a massive spill, RainDrain is an essential addition for berms or any other area prone to oil and hydrocarbon spills. The RainDrain Filtration System is installed easily within seconds, simply attach the camlock inlet to the ball valve/sight glass connector, and open the valve.
RainDrain Filtration Systems have a fast flow rate of up to 2.25 GPM and each filter can hold up to 1.58 gallons of hydrocarbons before replacement required. RainDrain Filtration Systems are available in 2 models, a vinyl cased commercial model is a lighter version great for transport and use where dings and dents are unlikely. The RainDrain Filtration System also comes in a metal sleeved military unit designed for rugged applications where wear and tear resistance are needed.
