The Ultra-IBC Spill Pallet Plus provides economical and portable spill containment for IBCs, tanks and other large containers. The IBC Spill Pallet Plus features a 365-gallon containment sump to help meet EPA and SPCC spill containment regulations. The all polyethylene construction of the IBC Spill Pallet Plus provides excellent chemical compatibility and forklift pockets makes it easy to move.
The IBC Spill Pallet Plus features a low profile 28″ high design with a large 52″ square deck, perfect for easy placement of IBC tanks. The overall small 62″ square footprint of the IBC tank requires minimal floor space. The IBC Spill Pallet Plus is made with a 365 gallon sump capacity to meet containment regulations, and can support up to 8,500 lbs thanks to 5 inner removable polyethylene support columns. These inner columns are designed to be removed for easy cleaning.
IBC Spill Pallet Pluses are constructed with a innovative design called, the “Cross of Life,” which protects the Pallet’s structural integrity while bearing a heavy load over time. As more weight is applied to the top of the pallet, the cross pulls the all polyethylene sides towards the center, instead of allowing them to sag outward.
This greatly extends the life of the containment pallet and guards against large hazmat spills caused by sagging sides.
The IBC Spill Pallet Plus has forklift pockets available on 2 sides of the unit for easy forklift access. Optional add-ons for the IBC Spill Pallet Plus include the optional Pull Over Cover keeps rainwater out of the sump and helps comply with Stormwater Management Regulations. The IBC Spill Pallet Plus can also use the optional Bucket Shelf captures spills from dispensing. Spills that exceed 3 gallons are channeled into the 365-gallon sump through a bulkhead fitting.
