A fully collapsible berm, made from chemical-resistant materials, the Frame Supported Insta-Berm is easy to use and cost-effective. Constructed from industrial-strength fabric, the Frame Supported Insta-Berm is an easy-to-install environmental safeguard that allows companies to meet today’s strict guidelines. Meets EPA regulation 40CFR112.7
Frame Supported Insta-Berms are designed with a rugged aluminum frame that can be easily assembled with only a single tool. The frame of the Frame Supported Insta-Berm is built in 5 foot sections for easy transportation. Frame Supported Insta-Berms are easy to break down and move, they have been designed for compact storage and relocation.
Frame Supported Insta-Berms come in 2 fabric material options – Arctic Shield and Chem Shield. Both materials are easilty cleaned and maintained for a long life of the Frame Supported Insta-Berm.
Arctic-Shield fabric is fully certified by Intertek to meet the CAN/ULC-S668-12 standard for liners. The Arctic-Shield Lightweight and Heavyweight fabric features chemical and fire resistance properties and is cold crack resistant to -50°C (not suitable for acids). In addition to superior abrasion resistance, Arctic-Shield Heavyweight remains flexible in freezing temperatures making it ideal for set up in the winter. This standard is listed in the Storage Tank Systems for Petroleum Products and Allied Petroleum Products Regulations (SOR/2008-197), under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999.
Chem-Shield – Sturdy and abrasion-resistant, the Chem-ShieldTM fabric is suitable for a variety of chemicals and is cold crack resistant to -34°C.
